We're seeing some issues with Windstream voice in the Northeast, calls to Windstream customers seem to be either returning a fast busy or generic "network difficulties" message. Their customer support 800 #'s also seem to be down (maybe due to call volume?), so I'd guess this is somewhat widespread. -Jayson
