We have been seeing indications of a faulty channel group member (or similar). Symptoms are that we can ping the DSL IP from about 70-80% of places attempted from. The root problem we'd been tracking cleared a short time ago, so we think the problem has been resolved. Getting someone on a DSL support line to analyze beyond the flashy lights can be problematic, though.
