Hello, We are experiencing an issue where outgoing calls reach VZ customers, but only have an echo of themselves on the line, unable to hear the other. The VZ customer can hear them. Logs on the phone systems show no issues, and nothing that would suggest our equipment is at fault. Does anyone know of an outage ongoing that may be at fault? -- Christopher Smalling Network Operations
