We have AT&T fiber circuits in WA, OR, CA, and WI that are showing intermittent loss to some sites (none are down). For ease of comparison lets say 1 in 10 pings. Noticed this to Charter business, Comcast business, and some others. No loss to Google (8.8.8.8), LSN, MSN, and others. It's not completely down, but we're losing packets intermittently--just enough to drop clients from Internet applications briefly and force them to reconnect.
