[outages] L3/CenturyLink IP issue in Seattle WA

Anyone else having issues with L3 (was twtc) IP transit with CenturyLink as the LEC in Seattle? We're on day four (five?) of an ongoing issue that L3 is blaming on CenturyLink. They replaced a line card, which partially solved one issue but made another worse. (was flapping, then CRC errors, now it acts like a classic speed/duplex mismatch somewhere upstream of us.) It's been escalated to tier III (maybe IV, a VP is involved) and there's an implication that it affects other customers, but we don't really know. If anyone else is having issues out that way, it may allow us to apply more pressure. Thanks, -- Jameel Akari
