FWIW, two of my customers in San Francisco lost Comcast voice service for ~4 hours today. Comcast business customer support attributed the voice outage to the Fresno issue. My customers' internet connectivity was unaffected. Looks like a fire took out part of Comcast's infrastructure in Fresno, CA, causing connectivity issues to customers in central/northern California. A few users I've talked to in the northern half of the state don't seem to be having issues, so I guess it's hit-and-miss.
