[outages] Spectrum Outage

Anyone with any knowledge of a Spectrum outage in central Indiana? I called and got the run around and they said the earliest a tech could come out on site is 8pm, I explained this was a business and we had a different level of support (or should say we used too), they then told me it was now an outage and nothing more. Currently have no voice or data.
