[outages] Way too long for @JiveSoftware hosted services

Been dealing with BS from this so said IT staff for the past week with no results. No réponse needed. Just very dissatisfactory -- The fact that there's a highway to Hell but only a stairway to Heaven says a lot about anticipated traffic volume.
