
Internetpulse is showing some loss Verizon<->NTT and for the the past 4 hours Verizon<->Lelve(3) as well and some Sprint<->Level(3). Looks to me like maybe something big flapped somewhere between carriers? -Bill

We are seeing that connectivity from the Comcast network is fine, but most others that I have checked have 45-80% packet loss.

From my node in Handy Networks in Denver, everything looks fine with Level3. The issue is probably only with a specific edge router.
