No worries hope things are going well! XO/CenturyLink connectivity is still completely down out of QTS Suwanee. Our networking team was able to push our traffic over a physically diverse fiberlight loop that we literally just got online out through the carriers in another facility. The outage started at 4:08pm Eastern so it's a lengthy one. We still haven't gotten much concrete information from CenturyLink or XO about location/ETA.
