just sharing this, i have several clients with business cable voice service in NJ from optimum who are reporting no audio on a large percentage of inbound calls, outbound not affected at all. spoke to optimum and they indicated there is some outage between them and verizon seems somewhat widespread as i have 3 clients with optimum affected if anyone else is experiencing this would be cool to know where you are chris
