[outages] AT&T Email - SMS Gateway Outage?

It appears that AT&T is having an email to SMS gateway outage this morning. No messages sent to xxxxxxxxxx@txt.att.net are being delivered to our handsets. Can anyone else confirm this? We're in the NYC metro area.
