Confirming FiOS sites with ~30-40% loss down most paths from Massachusetts to Northern Virginia. FiOS to AT&T in the DC region: [image: image.png] FiOS in Massachusetts to Google's local 8.8.8.8 anycasted resolver: [image: image.png] FiOS in Manhattan to AT&T: [image: image.png] Worst FiOS outage in a few years now. The DC-region has had a ton of ALTER.Net backbone trouble since the pandemic began, but it usually only impacts a few peers at a time. This one is massive and seems to originate within ALTER.Net itself, not at any peering hand-off. Fun day! Yes - we're seeing FiOS issues in Northern NJ as well. Seems like something on AS701 in NYC, via Newark, NJ it seems ok.
