Just an FYI, We are going from Westchester, NY near Greenwich, CT to Secaucus, NJ over DWDM. The circuit is up/up (at least to the local equipment), but not passing traffic. We have a 10GB circuit down since around 8:00 AM EDT today. We have been told that it's part of a larger outage, but we have been unable to discover any more details or an estimated repair time. Anyone else impacted and/or heard anything?
