This is the second major outage this month.
There are reports that 3G has been affected intermittently as well, too.
It's out here in east Michigan, too. 3G works if you force your phone to use (or it automatically falls back to) the traditional 1xEV-DO network. 3G via the newer eHRPD infrastructure is down.
