XO just confirmed for us that there's an outage in Chicago that affects at least our PRI over IP Flex. I didn't get a ticket number, but they said it's a known problem and may be fixed within the hour.
And, they believe it to be fixed. The language "please re-test your systems before talking to support" makes me think things are still bad, but our lines are back up. -- Bill Weiss
