Circuits were back up around 12:30am. So it was 8 hour outage. This was a City-wide event in Philly for XO, not sure how many circuits were effected. It is unclear what the cause or resolution was. -John On Oct 14, 2010, at 4:33 PM, John Von Essen wrote:
I have of three separate circuits in Philly that all went down about 25 minutes ago. One circuit is a DS1, the other is a 10Mbit Ethernet over Serial, and the other is 5Mbit EoC.
