Others with 10G services in THN seem to be unaffected, so presumably it was an issue with power to a single device or maybe a handful of particular devices. Last time this happened, ISTR it was a problem with the fibre feeding the ASR 9000 nV satellite exetender things that they use for aggregating 1G services.
