I just posted this to the message board. Not really technical, but another data point. I am a Comcast residential customer in the Danbury, CT area. I have cron jobs that run every fifteen minutes, syncing local data with a remote storage area. Usually it works quite reliably, no problems at all. But for the past couple of days there has been about a 30% failure rate from the scp (secure copy) command.
