[outages] Dubuque IA CO Problems

We lost voice and data circuits coming out of the Dubuque CO. Both copper T1s and our Fiber node are down. I tried calling a few local businesses in Dubuque and I get fast busy's. Nothing yet from my carriers. Anyone have any other information. Brian Dantzig
