[outages] Hostgator down?

We have several clients who use hostgator and some of them are reporting issues with their sites. Hostgator chat service is inaccess (at least from where I am). Just tried to open a ticket and got this: We are currently experiencing ongoing networking issues at our primary datacenter. We are aware and are working with our service providers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
