It was just brought to my attention that I've been sending some messages to outages@outages.org by mistake - my apologies folks. We have an internal outages@lists.nexicom.net where we distribute information specific to our infrastructure and service related outages. Somehow in my outlook I was populating outages@outages.org instead of the correct one - human error on my part. Very sorry folks - thanks to a co-worker for bringing this to my attention...
