We have a customer at 260 5th Ave in NYC who has been having intermittent outages on their Time Warner Cable connection for the last 2-4 weeks. They, their entire building, and actually their entire block, is currently hard down. They are having issues getting acknowledgement from Time Warner regarding the issues, much less an ETA to recovery. Would anyone happen to have any insight into what is going on down there, and when the root cause might be resolved? Customer is actively seeking alternative providers as well in light of the situation. Thanks, Adam
