Yeah, Frank, we're seeing intermittent SMTP as well. My guess is they are going to be unstable for a bit until a huge backlog is cleared. I'm sure the India grid outage today isn't helping them either considering how many users they have there.

We analyze our queues hourly, and at 12:17 pm Central we had a good number of messages for yahoo.com in our outbound queues, all because of "connection refused" or "connection reset by peer".
