[outages] PhoenixNAP down

A couple hours ago we had all $DAYJOB equipment power cycle at PhoenixNAP. We opened a ticket and requested a RFO. Apparently multiple customers had an issue. PhoenixNAP (or a portion of it) appears to be hard down now. All our equipment is offline and multiple waves are down. Does anybody have updated ticket information on what is happening? Adrian
