[outages] Telia Reports of Fibercut in Denver?

I was told that yesterday there was a fiber cut in Denver that effected all traffic going from the west coast to the east coast on the Telia backbone. Did anyone receive a notification of this? I have zero carrier relationship with them and had to rely upon a third party to report this to me and it took them more than a day to tell me.
