Here's the latest update as of 4:18PM. All of the end-user circuits that we had down slowly started coming back at around 11:15AM, with the last of them coming up around 2:45PM. *Update: * Global Capacity is continuing to work on restoring all remaining connections. All impacted network cross connects have been rebuilt and nodes are continued to be restored on an on-going basis. Full restoration of all impacted provisioning is expected to be completed within the next two hours.
