No you all are correct. My local provider at work is ATT and the traffic was dying as soon as it hit their router. The routes are back in the BGP table now and I can get there through the same path as both of you. Can't get to it from my office. My traceroute through ATT dies as soon as it hits the provider router, with "Destination net unreachable".
BGP Looking Glass says network not in table. Looks like the routes were withdrawn.
