Our outbound phone calls go to their system, and appear connected from our side, but Bandwidth.com side wont ring for about 2-5 minutes. Seemingly getting connected at Bandwidth.com but not making a successful dial tone to any POTS providers. Multiple sites seem to be having this problem.
