Syniverse had issues with their acquired Verisign/Metcalf portion of their intercarrier SMS messaging. So any carrier behind VSN to/from would experience problems. AT&T and Sprint are the major two behind them. AT&T to AT&T messages shouldn't have been affected. More issues tonight also in SMS. Verizon had issues earlier and now Verisign again.
