Just down the road from Ashburn, Virginia, United States, I've been seeing a load of SERVFAILs for HE.net hosted names including my own. OpenDNS Cache check[1] shows some caches are serving records while others aren't with results varying. As I finish typing, it looks like service might have been restored. -- -Andrew J.
