[outages] Manhole file / Fiber cut in NY Metro area

We have a 10GB Lightower circuit currently down since around midnight, We have been informed there was a major fire in a con-ed manhole. The utility company is still making repairs and the fiber companies are onsite but won't have access until the repairs are completed. Looks like it's going to be a while
