[outages] NHTSA.GOV not resolving

NHTSA.GOV isn't resolving via the usual public DNS providers, e.g., Cloudflare, Google or Quad9, -- fail with SERVFAIL -- so it is probably a DNSSEC issue as some non-validating public resolvers like Neustar and Yandex are working. Anyone else see this? Just as I was going to send the Verisign Labs DNSSEC analyzer finished and reports that all the auths (ednsN.dot.gov) are unknown, so perhaps a wider issue. /mark
