Thanks for all the replies. I saw the packet loss too. Which ended up being the cause. I too see it cleared about 10-15 minutes ago. Have tickets open with them. No Master ticket in their portal.
I'll confirm, at least for packets crossing Level3 in Dallas. We were seeing issues starting about 7:30 AM CST this morning, but it looks good now. --Chris
