[outages] BGP Sessions flapping in LA

I wanted to see if anyone else has been experiencing a lot of BGP sessions flap. We have been experiencing abnormal amount of trouble coming from our peering sessions at 1 Wilshire. Our Center is in San Luis Obispo but we have a major connection down to LA. It seems like the peering trouble is from the any2 exchange. James Kemper NOC Supervisor Digitalwest Networks Inc.
