[outages] LSI Outage / East Coast

Working on an issue for some customer and found that LSI is in the midst of a wide area outage. Comment is from LSI NOC Comment: While our investigation is still underway we are now of the opinion this event is carrier agnostic. There are confirmed reports of latency and outages on the I-95 corridor from Boston to Baltimore. There are a multitude of carriers reporting these common symptoms which we have validated by way of looking glass websites, partner carriers and more.
