We have an outage on Smartnet in St Thomas and they told us there is a Level3 cut in the Miami area where their undersea lands. The last update, 45 min ago, said repair crews are en route. On Aug 30, 2016 8:29 AM, "Marty Strong via Outages" <outages@outages.org> wrote:
