I am on the Cogent side of this connection and can ping 154.54.1.194 without loss. I immediately get packet loss pinging 63.235.41.117.
It's playing havoc with some customer VPNs.
Is anyone else seeing this?
If anyone from Cogent or CenturyLink is on the list, can you take a look at it?
