I can't even get to their portal to open a ticket and had to call their NOC, which was painful. Is anyone else affected by this outage and/or can provide some insight? I was unable to convince the NOC person that this wasn't an issue with my network equipment but rather the SprintLink to CenturyLink handoff in the Santa Clara area.
