[outages] Strange 60 minute outage

We had 4 of 50+ VPNs lose their end point connection. Network traces timed out on AT&T, Hercules Electric, and Time Warner then magically self resolved after 60 minutes. Did anyone encounter any issues from 12-1ET today?
