Seems to be a known issue, when visiting pnc.com I get a message titled “Repairs in progress” saying “While we're fixing the problem, you can still sign on to Online Banking and other services below.” https://www.onlinebanking.pnc.com/ does not seem to be effected (or at least does not have an error page up).
