Anyone seeing packet loss or slow transmission in TATAs network, specifically in Dallas or LosAngeles. We are also seeing loss between Qwest and TATA in Dallas. MTR is showing 60% loss at vlan28.icroe1.eql-losangeles.as6453.net. Ping times jump from 80-90ms to over 180, then back to 80 or 90. TATA NOC said they are not having issues, but I am not a TATA customer so I didn't get very far. Thanks
