Were seeing the same from Milwaukee WI crossing anything to do with AS209 to 8.8.8.8 and multiple other destinations. Anyone see a ticket regarding this at all yet ?

Yes. Indianapolis, IN. Ckt is physically up but see 50% p/l, and when they do go through, pings to, say, 8.8.8.8 show 300-400 ms times. Can't get through to Level 3 to open a ticket. Thanks for mentioning it here.
