This is now resolved, a large DDOS attack against a data center customer on our network has been mitigated at this time.
Unwired seems to be having problems throughout the Bay Area right now. Their support is able to receive calls but unable to hear.
They told me that there is an outage due to an upstream provider which they are attempting to fix. No ETOR.
