[outages] EC2 Singapore Unreachable?

Unfortunately, since AWS doesn't supply a console to EC2 Linux VMs, I can't get a traceroute back to the US. I am currently unable to reach any of my 6 instances in availability zone ap-southeast-1. All of the routes seem to die at ec2-175-41-128-XXX.ap-southeast-1.compute.amazonaws.com.
