[outages] Register.com DNS Outage?

Just noticed that a client who hosts name service with Register.com is not resolving anymore as of about 15 minutes ago. Register.com's website appears to be down as well. I tested this from Comcast Business (Michigan), Digital Ocean, and T-Mobile LTE. Anyone know any more?
