Ironically, our gear in the UPS-cursed and outage-plagued Spencer building next door are running fine. I guess all that maintenance work Peer1's done over the past several months paid off this time? No way to know from where I sit in Seattle if the "entire Financial District" includes this building, or if they are properly on genset. We'll see. --chuck
