Is anyone seeing any issues to 4.2.2.2?
At 3:35 EST I starting seeing packet loss (icmp ping) to it - http://imgur.com/ITGL1

- ----------------------- FYI - Dug little deeper, maybe coincidence but right about the same time saw a brief spike (~200ms) between (chicago) level3 and ntt. It appears back to normal now.
I have graphs that shows spike in DNS response time off PUCK :)
