[outages] ATT San Antonio

We've been having issues with dedicated Internet in San Antonio. It's not completely down, but we're losing packets intermittently--just enough to drop clients from Internet applications briefly and force them to reconnect. Anyone else experiencing that in the San Antonio market? Thanks!
