It doesn't sound like we're talking about the same incident here; one is in SF, the other "east of the Mississippi." On Thu, Nov 20, 2008 at 10:23, Matthew Huff <mhuff@ox.com> wrote:
Yes, we have had an outage on our DS3 in downtown sanfran since yesterday evening.
We have had no luck dealing with level3, they claim it's part of an OC12 outage, but they have no details, won't callback and no ETR.
From the little info I have, I suspect it was a grooming of legacy broadwing customers that went bad. They appear to be having troubles putting it back where it was yesterday. If anyone else has any info, I'd love to hear from you.

We've received word about this Level3 outage, anyone else noticing this?
No other info at this time, and no ETA as of yet. _______________________________________________ outages mailing list outages@outages.org https://puck.nether.net/mailman/listinfo/outages _______________________________________________ outages mailing list outages@outages.org https://puck.nether.net/mailman/listinfo/outages
